frequently asked questions
Are you a therapist?
No. Conflict coaching is not therapy. I don’t diagnose or solve problems for you—instead, I help guide you through your situation, build clarity, and create a plan of action. The focus is on practical tools and communication strategies you can use in real life.
What does it cost?
Conflict coaching is billed hourly. Please reach out for current rates and availability.
How many sessions will I need?
Some situations can be addressed in a single session, while others may benefit from additional support. We’ll start with one and adjust as needed.
Do I need a specific situation to bring to a session?
Not at all. You can come in with a specific situation, or just a general feeling of ongoing conflict. Either way, we’ll work to build tools and strategies you can apply moving forward.
Will you tell me what to say or what decision to make?
No. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you think through your options, clarify your goals, and find an approach that feels right for you. You stay in control of your decisions—I’m here to guide and support you.
Can you work with both parties involved in the conflict?
Yes. When both parties participate, the process becomes mediation. If that’s something you’re interested in, I can guide you through that option as well.
How do I know if conflict coaching is right for me?
If you’re facing a difficult conversation, feeling stuck in conflict, or simply want to improve how you communicate—conflict coaching can help. It’s useful for both resolving current issues and preventing future ones.
Do I need to be in a major conflict to benefit from coaching?
Not at all. Many clients come in to prepare for a conversation, improve communication, or prevent a situation from escalating. You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to get support.
What happens during a session?
We’ll talk through your situation, identify your goals, and develop a clear plan for how to approach it. You’ll leave with practical tools and next steps you can feel confident about.
